(floor area ratio)maximum values would be adapted to from the Centre City Mixed Use District (CC-X) to encourage residential development in this location.”… Floor plate restrictions would be included in accordance with The City’s policies for the Centre City to ensure adequate light penetration between towers [other river park shadowing restrictions apply].
