The site is directly across from the Chinese Cultural Centre on the NW corner of 1st Street & 2nd Avenue SW.
CCDF: June 17, 2023 – New rental apartment under construction immediately next to Bowside Manor due east of the Chinese Cultural Centre across 1st Street SW. It’s the last few months for the mural which will be covered up by a new wall for the 6-storey building. The Sien Lok Park will be low in comparison to the new building, which is being constructed at street level on 2nd Avenue to comply with City flood plain requirements.
