The mural will face an open piece of land. The terraced land, a fenced demolition site from a previous building is under discussion for rehabilitation and recreational use in Chinatown for residents and visitors.
In the meantime the land will be used for the artist to access while painting the massive 74 foot long mural on unfinished concrete.
